Option Buying Bot - Core Logic
Most retail traders lose in option buying because they buy random strikes. A bot only buys when conditions match. Here is a simple but effective logic we teach:
The Setup
Instrument: NIFTY Spot
Timeframe: 5 min
Indicators: 20 EMA, 50 EMA, VWAP, RSI
Buy Condition (CE)
- Price is above VWAP
- 20 EMA > 50 EMA
- RSI > 55 and < 75 (avoid overbought)
- Candle closes above previous swing high
Entry Logic Code
if price > vwap and ema20 > ema50 and 55 < rsi < 75:

strike = atm_strike + 100 Slight OTM for momentum

We never risk more than 1.5% per trade. If capital is 1 Lakh, max loss per trade is Rs 1500. Bot auto-squares off at 3:15 PM.
Backtest result: This simple setup gave 58% win rate with 1:1.8 Risk:Reward in last 6 months on NIFTY.
How to Deploy?
Use AliceBlue API or Zerodha Kite Connect. Host on AWS or local system with websocket for live prices.
